• Instant feedback. If a file is too big, over the 10-file limit, or an unsupported type, you are told right away — before you submit — and it is simply not added. Allowed: images, PDF, Office docs & spreadsheets, logs and archives.
• Drag-and-drop works across the whole form, including the reply box — files no longer open in a new browser tab by mistake.
• The New-ticket dialog stays tidy — Cancel and Submit stay in view even with a long description or several attachments.

Starting a training course now takes you straight into it. Previously, enrolling in a course could drop you back on the training roadmap instead of opening the first lesson — you are now taken directly to the lesson player.

• A notice on the cart and checkout. The store shows a short, clear message at the top of the cart, address and payment pages so it is never a mystery whether continuing would take a real payment.
• You control it. An administrator can turn the notice on or off and edit its wording under Settings, so it always says exactly what your store needs it to.

A round of improvements across the Academy and Support:

• Certifications are fairer. Each exam now draws a larger, randomized set of questions, so passing no longer needs a perfect score — and a "Certified" badge only shows after you have actually sat the exam.
• Proctored exams run more smoothly. Scheduled sittings show up ahead of time, and blocked or self-serve attempts now give a clear, branded message instead of an error page.
• Support agents can act on tickets again, and a few Sales-Hub pages that wrongly refused non-sales roles now open correctly.
• Security: a pasted MCP key can never be stored or shown as a credential's name.

Support now tracks service levels end to end. Your tickets show an SLA status (on track / at risk / breached), a new SLA overview gives a single view of what is breaching, and tickets auto-escalate when a first response or resolution runs late — so nothing quietly stalls.

Also new: a Scheduled Reports help article that walks through setting up, editing and troubleshooting scheduled reports (from the form or from chat).

Quiz scoring is now honest (scored against the full question set, not just what you answered), scores can no longer be faked, "Reset progress" fully resets a completed course, and the L&D pass-rate figures are trustworthy again.

A batch of customer-reported support fixes, each reproduced with a failing test first:

• Ticket attachments download again (were 404ing), on an access-scoped route.
• Uploads now enforce a file-type allow-list and tell you when files are skipped (10 files / 10 MB each).
• New tickets show as Unassigned instead of being self-assigned to you.
• A category filter on the ticket list; timestamps in your local timezone.
• Drag-and-drop attachments, an attachment-only reply, and the Reply button now focuses the box.
